Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

Our Payments will be securely processed via Paypal. Absolutely! We use PayPal to handle all financial information regarding your order, so you can be sure that your information is secure. We do not store any of your financial information on our website.

Q: Do you share my personal information with other companies?

We respect your privacy and promise not to disclose, exchange or sell your personal details to any third party not affiliated under our corporate umbrella. Your personal information will remain secure and confidential and will only be used to process your order. If you opt in to our email newsletter, we will inform you of news and offers pertaining to DesignerShoeBags.com. Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days from the time that payment has cleared. If we determine that any part of your order will not ship within that time frame, we will notify you via email. Your order will ship either via USPS or UPS.

Q: Do you ship to international destinations?

Yes, we ship to all major countries via USPS Express or Priority Mail International. You must agree to pay your countries duties and tariffs upon arrival of your package. Also, International Shipping includes up to $50.00 US Insurance per package and Free Tracking. Wholesale orders of 60 plus will be pre-quoted.

Q: What is your policy for returns and exchanges?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Designer Shoe Bag™, we are happy to accept a return for a full refund or exchange minus the shipping expense. Shipping fees and gift wrapping are non-refundable. All items must be returned in their original package unused, and unwashed condition within 14 days of receipt or all sales will be considered final and no returns or exchanges will be permitted. All return requests must be accompanied by the original packing slip invoice for a full refund. Designer Shoe Bags™ will credit your purchase using the original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear. An online store credit will be issued for items returned without a packing slip invoice or items received as a gift. Returns will only be accepted for purchases made from DesignerShoeBags.com. Purchases from other stores or online sites will need to be returned to the respective locations.

Q: What is your policy for returning a Designer Shoe Bag™ given to me as a gift?

If the items were received as a gift, we will issue you an online store credit once we have received the returned item.

Q: Where do I send the Designer Shoe Bag™ for a return?

Please email us at returns@DesignerShoeBags.com prior to returning an item to us. We will then address any potential issues and confirm product return and address at that time.

Q: Is the gift wrap included or is there an extra cost?

The gift wrap is an additional $4.99 plus tax. The DSB will be folded and wrapped in a white tissue paper and placed in a black shiny box tied with a red satin ribbon and stamped with our crystal embedded trademark DSB wax seal.

Q: Do you combine shipping?

We will combine shipping and our system will be set up to accommodate per quantities purchased.
